William
C. Crerend, CFA: Chief Executive Officer
As
Chief Executive Officer, Bill has general management responsibility
for EACM, including both investment and business-related matters.
Bill joined EACM in 1994, initially as senior analyst responsible for the event- driven and short
selling areas, and internal counsel for nontraditional business
matters. Previously, he was a corporate attorney specializing
in mergers and acquisitions and securities law at Hughes Hubbard
& Reed (’88-’93). Bill received a BA from Princeton
University and a JD from University of Chicago School of Law.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York
Society of Security Analysts. |

Phillip
N. Maisano: Chairman
As Chairman of EACM, Phil is responsible for supervising the strategic direction of the firm and serves
as head of the Investment Committee. In his broader role for The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, Phil is Chief Investment Strategist
for BNY Mellon Asset Management and Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Dreyfus.
Phil joined the firm in 1988 and served as CEO of EACM until May
2006. Through December 2003, he also served as CEO of Evaluation
Associates (EAI), a leading institutional investment consulting
firm that was previously affiliated with EACM. Earlier in his
career, he was responsible for national sales and product development
at the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (MONY, ’81-‘88),
and affiliated with Manhattan National Corporation (’79-’81)
and the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States
(’69-’79). During this period, Phil served as First
Lieutenant in the US Army on active duty in 1971 and reserves
from 1972 to 1981. Phil holds a BA in Economics from Belmont Abbey
College and an MBA in Finance from Iona College. He was awarded
an honorary doctorate of law degree by Belmont Abbey College.

hedge fund portfolio team is led by the President and comprises
three senior professionals, each focused on a specific hedge fund
strategy. The senior members, along with three junior investment
professionals are responsible for the day-to-day management of

Christopher
E. Crerend: Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer
(Alternatives) and Portfolio Manager
As Chief Investment Officer, Chris is
a member of the Investment Committee and also responsible for
overall portfolio strategy for EACM’s funds of hedge funds.
Chris re-joined EACM in 2003 as a senior analyst specializing
in all alternative strategies, especially event-driven and global
asset allocator managers. In the interim, Chris was a senior analyst
for Para Partners, a $600 million risk arbitrage fund (’97-’02);
co-founded Havens Advisors (’96-’97) where his responsibilities
included analyzing and trading risk arbitrage opportunities; served
as an event-driven research analyst at Gabelli and Company (’94-‘96);
and traded for Madoff Securities (’90-‘94). He began
his business career with Evaluation Associates (’86-’88)
after receiving his B.S. degree from Bucknell University. In 1990,
Mr. Crerend received his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia. |

John
W. McGorty: Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager
John specializes in relative value hedge
and equity hedge funds. Since joining in 1990, John has held several
positions at the firm, including analyst in the Traditional Funds
Group, Associate Director of Evaluation Associates’ Equity
Research Department, and portfolio analyst within EACM’s
alternative investments group. From 2000 to 2001, John was a member
of Bank of America’s Prime Brokerage Group. John received
his BS in Finance from San Diego State University and MBA with
honors (Phi Kappa Phi) from the University of Bridgeport. |

Jeffrey
A. Brozek, CFA: Senior Vice President, Portfolio
Manager
Jeff
joined EACM in 2003, specializing in equity hedge fund strategies.
Jeff joined Evaluation Associates (EAI), an institutional consulting
firm that was formerly affiliated with EACM, in 1995 and most
recently served as Director of Domestic Equity Research. He began
his career as an analyst in the Strategic Investment Policy Group
of the Dutch Public Employees’ Pension Fund (Algemeen Burgerlijk
Pensioenfonds) in the Netherlands. Jeff received his BS and MBA
with specializations in Finance and Real Estate from the University
of Connecticut. Jeff is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member
of The New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute. |

Keith
L. Stransky, CFA: Chief Investment Officer (Traditional), Senior
Portfolio Manager
Keith has over 25 years of investment
experience and is one of the founders of EACM’s Traditional
Funds Group. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee
and senior portfolio manager for investments in traditional asset
classes. Prior to joining EAI in 1983, Keith was a Technical Director
at Hamilton, Johnston & Co., Inc. He holds a BA from Queens
College, C.U.N.Y., an MS from New York University, and earned
his Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA) in 1984. |

Robert
B. Mayerick: Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager
Bob has over 20 years of investment-related
experience and is responsible for manager evaluation and market
analysis in EACM’s traditional funds group. Bob joined EAI
in 1985 and served previously in the firm’s consulting and
investment research groups. Prior to EAI, he was a Senior Investment
Analyst and member of the in-house investment team for the $1
billion Continental Group, Inc. pension fund. Bob received his
BS from Providence College.

Tracey
D. Hayes: Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer
Tracey assumed responsibility as Chief
Risk Officer in 2002, overseeing EACM’s manager due diligence,
data management, technology and internal compliance efforts. Tracey
joined the firm in 1987, and achieved lead roles in hedge fund
manager/market research, performance analysis, systems development
and Fund Operations. From 1995 to 2002, she served as Director
of Operations of Evaluation Associates (EAI), an institutional
consulting firm previously affiliated with EACM. She began her
career as Editorial Assistant for Defense Marketing Systems. Ms.
Hayes holds a BS in Finance from New York University, an MBA with
honors from University of Connecticut. |

Andrew
R. Mylott: Vice President of Business Affairs, Chief Compliance
Officer
Andy
is responsible for the compliance and regulatory affairs of EACM,
as well as the legal due diligence review of sub-adviser hedge
fund managers. Andy joined EACM in September 1999. Prior to that
he practiced corporate and securities law as an Associate with
Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP (’96-‘99) with an emphasis
on hedge funds and other investment products, and with Dewey Ballantine
LLP (’94-‘96), with an emphasis on asset-backed securities.
Andy has been involved in reviewing hedge funds from a legal and
regulatory perspective since 1996. Andy received a BA in History
and Political Science from Williams College and his JD from the
University of Wisconsin Law School. |

Amy
Cuccio: Vice President, Director of Fund Administration
Amy
oversees the operations team dedicated to fund administration,
client reporting, performance measurement/analysis, and compliance
reporting for EACM's traditional and hedge fund group. Specifically,
she works closely with the risk management and compliance teams
on problem resolution, account setup, document reviews, policy
and procedure development and other operational initiatives. Amy
joined the firm in 1987 as a performance analyst in the research
department at Evaluation Associates (EAI) and institutional consulting
firm that was formerly affiliated with EACM. Amy holds a BS in
Economics from the University of Connnecticut. |

Michael
R. Brush: Comptroller
Mike
transferred to EACM as Comptroller in 2004, following four years
as Senior Financial Analyst for Dreyfus Corporation, another BNY Mellon
affiliate. As Comptroller, Michael will be chiefly responsible
for management reporting, forecasting revenue/expenses, financial
planning, monthly reconciliations and related commentaries. He
holds a BS in business administration from New York Institute
of Technology, as well as an MBA in finance from Hofstra University. |

Peter
P. Gwiazdowski, CPA: Vice President, Assistant Treasurer
As
Assistant Treasurer, Peter works closely with the Comptroller
on EACM's corporate financial matters, specifically to ensure
internal controls. He is also responsible for review, preparation
and analysis of financial statements, coordination of fund audits,
performance reporting, and regulatory and other compliance filings
in connection with EACM's fund operations. He works closely with
EACM's compliance and risk management teams on the financial-related
due diligence of managers, and is a critical resource for tax
and accounting matters. Prior to joining EACM in 1994, he was
employed in corporate treasury and accounting by FKI Industries,
Inc. (’78-‘93), self-employed as a CPA (’93-‘94),
and employed in corporate treasury by Dunhill Temporary System
(‘94). Mr. Gwiazdowski received his BS in Accounting from
Providence College in 1975, his MS in Taxation from the University
of New Haven in 1992 and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Peter is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of CPAs) as
well as the CSCPA (Connecticut Society of CPAs). |

Daved
T. Langguth: Sales and Marketing Representative
Daved
joined EACM in 2005 and is responsible for marketing the firm's
alternative and traditional investment strategies. From 2001 to
2005, he was a member of the sales team at DKR Capital, a Connecticut-based
hedge fund manager where he oversaw the firm's sales effort in
Asia. Previously he was a Senior Marketing Associate at the New
York Mercantile Exchange ('99 - '01). He began his career in 1997
at AIG Trading Group where he worked as an Operations Associate
in both precious metals and foreign exchange. Daved recieved a
B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College and holds NASD Series
7 and 63 licenses. |
